 50 ml Gin
 1 tbsp Dry Vermouth
 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
 10 ml Panache Raspberry Flavour Infusion
 1 Egg

Into a cocktail shaker you need to add 50ml of Gin, here are some of our favourites to use.

Now add a tablespoon of Dry Vermouth into the mix.

25ml of fresh lemon juice should now be added to your mixer alongside a handful of fresh raspberries.

The most important part, by far, add 10ml of Panache Raspberry to the mix. There is no better Raspberry flavour on the market we assure you.

The part that strikes fear into people, throw in an egg white, that's correct an egg white.

Now you want to “dry shake” all the ingredients for 20 seconds, giving that egg white time to fluff up. After 20 seconds pop some ice into the mixer and the resume shaking until the tin has gone cold.

Double strain the contents into a coupe or martini glass.
