Mai Tai Cocktail Recipe

Yields1 Serving

 50 ml White Rum
 20 ml Lime Juice
 15 ml Triple Sec
 60 ml Pineapple Juice
 10 ml Panache Dark Cherry Flavour Infusion
 20 ml Dark Rum

Take your mixing tin and fill with Ice.

Now you want to add 50ml of White Rum to your mixing tin.

Add the juice of a lime to the mix, roughly 20ml.

Now add 15ml of Triple sec into your mixing tin

You now need to add 60ml of Pineapple juice to your Tin alongside 10ml of Panache Dark Cherry.

Mix all the contents of the mixing tin for around 20 seconds, until you start to feel the sides of the tin become ice cold

Strain the contents of your shaker into an ice-filled glass and top with 20ml of Dark Rum
