Yields1 Serving

 1 Lime
 50 ml Tequila
 25 ml Triple Sec
 25 ml Lime Juice
10 ml Your Favourite Panache Flavour Infusion

1

Take your Margarita glass and fill rub the outer rim of the glass with a wedge of lime. Now upturn this glass into coarse salt. The salt should stick to the rim of the glass if done correctly, if not, try again.

2

Take your mixing tin and fill with cubed ice. You will then need to add 50ml tequila to the mixer, we like to use a silver tequila but golden is equally brilliant.

3

You now need Triple sec, this orange based liquor is vastly underrated but is so important to a good margarita. Add 25ml to your mixer. There are many brands of Triple Sec, here are some of our favourites.

4

Fresh lime juice into the mix, we like to squeeze our limes with a Mexican Elbow, but fresh lime juice is readily available in many supermarkets for your convenience. Pop 25ml into your mixer

5

Picking your flavour, select your Panache of choice and add 10ml to you mixer.

6

Pop your cap on your mixer and shake like there is no tomorrow, well for 30 seconds, you will start to feel the sides of your tin getting ice cold.

7

Now strain the contents of the mixer into your prepared martini glass, enjoy.
