Take your Margarita glass and fill rub the outer rim of the glass with a wedge of lime. Now upturn this glass into coarse salt. The salt should stick to the rim of the glass if done correctly, if not, try again.
Take your mixing tin and fill with cubed ice. You will then need to add 50ml tequila to the mixer, we like to use a silver tequila but golden is equally brilliant.
You now need Triple sec, this orange based liquor is vastly underrated but is so important to a good margarita. Add 25ml to your mixer. There are many brands of Triple Sec, here are some of our favourites.
Fresh lime juice into the mix, we like to squeeze our limes with a Mexican Elbow, but fresh lime juice is readily available in many supermarkets for your convenience. Pop 25ml into your mixer
Picking your flavour, select your Panache of choice and add 10ml to you mixer.
Pop your cap on your mixer and shake like there is no tomorrow, well for 30 seconds, you will start to feel the sides of your tin getting ice cold.
Now strain the contents of the mixer into your prepared martini glass, enjoy.
