Yields1 Serving

 50 ml Gin
 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
 10 ml Panache Raspberry Flavour Infusion
 10 ml Soda Water

Take a highball glass and fill with cubed ice.

Add 50ml of Gin to your glass, there are literally thousands of Gins available and any of them will do the trick.

Add 25ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice to your glass.

Select your Panache, we love to use Panache Raspberry to make a Raspberry Collins but check out our other Panache Collins recommendations. Add 10ml to your glass

Top up your glass with Soda water. And there you have a Panache Tom Collins
