 30 ml White Rum
 30 ml Dark Rum
 25 ml Triple Sec
 20 ml Lime Juice
 60 ml Orange Juice
 10 ml Panache Passion Fruit Flavour Infusion
 10 ml Panache Raspberry Flavour Infusion
 1 Passion Fruit (optional)
 20 ml Over-Proof Rum

Take a mixing tin and fill with ice

Add 30ml White Rum and 30ml Dark Rum to your tin. Now there are many brands of Rum, here are some of our favourites.

Now you want to add 25ml of Triple sec to your Tin with 20ml of Lime Juice ( pop a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters in now).

Now you need to add 60ml of Orange Juice.

Now add 10ml of Panache Passion fruit and 10ml Panache Raspberry into your tin.

Optional - add the pulp of fresh passion fruit to your tin, but keep the skin for later.

Give everything a shake, literally shake it to near-death ( wink wink) now double strain this into a TIKI themed glass if possible, if not any hi-ball will do.

Now take half the skin of your passion fruit place it on the top of the drink and place 20ml of overproof rum into it.

Now the fun part, ignite the overproof rum.

And there you have a flaming TIKI Panache Zombie!
